Please carefully check upon receipt. Due to the short shelf life and perishable nature of fresh products, we do not accept complaints after the customer has received the goods.
If the product does not match the description:
For fresh pastries:
We accept returns/exchanges if the pastry:

– Shows signs of spoilage or unusual odor upon delivery.
For frozen pastries:

– The pastry is completely thawed and no longer meets quality standards.
– The packaging is torn, dirty, or not intact upon delivery.
